March 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Welcome to Hellz Bellz Total Body Fitness.  "Get Fit and Pay it Foward!."   We are a "grass roots"   fitness organization and we believe in the power of fitness as well as giving back to the community in which we live.  We offer outdoor, group exercise classes in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.  We utilize strength training with kettlebells, sand bags, cross training workouts, and butt kicking cardio drills!   Proceeds benefit non-profit organizations.    Please visit our site and LIKE us on Facebook.
