RSC and RBO Ring Lug Terminal Blocks Offer Advantages Over Barrier Blocks

Open-style ring screw (RSC) and ring bolt (RBO) terminal blocks are manufactured in a compact, modular design in 9 mm and 13 mm pitches.  Available in DIN rail and direct panel-mount versions, RSC and RBO connector terminals can replace traditional barrier blocks.

RSC/RBO ring terminals are smaller than most traditional barrier blocks.  This translates to increased density within the control cabinet.  Unlike barrier blocks, RSC and RBO connector terminals are available in both DIN rail terminal block and panel-mount terminal block packages.

RSC and RBO sliding links provide a common disconnect function.  An optional shorting kit makes it easy to convert standard feed-through terminals to a shorting assembly.  This provides a disconnect capability for current transformers between transducers and protective relays.

These blocks are UL listed at 600 V with electrical current ratings ranging from 30 to 45 amps.  Polyamide housings meet inflammability class V0 per UL 94.
