Gladrags Megamodel New Talent Hunt At Iift Surat

March 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Fashion shows, ramp walks, beauty pageants and modeling contests seems to be the flavor of the season. Glamour world is back with Gladrags Mega Model and Manhunt contest which is quite unlike from any other contest because it is the only unisex contest in the world. First time in SURAT ever, ‘Gladrags Megamodel Manhunt 2011′ contest, which has launched famous celebrities such as Zulfi Syed, Lara Dutta, Dino Morea & many more amongst others, was held at IIFT (INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY) on Thursday, 24th of March, 2011 with due support from Mr. Anupam Goyal, Director Of IIFT SURAT & Mr. Prakash Hathi, Proprietor Of Red Carpet Event Management Company & their entire team.
Our camera lens captured famous TV Actor Mr. Ali Merchant, & Mr. Jatin Shah, accompanied by Gladrags Model & beauty pageant Ms. Candy Brar as they were the honorable jury members of the contest. Nearby 95 aspiring & passionate models participated & showcased in the audition & 6 selected models from all over India will get direct entry in Mumbai. Students from various colleges, like SPB, B.R.C.M., DRB, SCET, SVNIT & many more have participated in this mega contest. Even students of IIFT SURAT viz., Ms. Shikha Chawla & Ms. Chaitali Jain, showcased their talents & represented their institute.
At the parting note, all the three celebrities got candid with the participants. They not only encouraged their desire of entering into the fashion world but also inspired them by telling them the value of having good education. Also, they promised to give a chance to local aspirants to feature in TV Serials & Reality Shows.
It was really an awesome experience for both the participants as well as the celebrities. IIFT SURAT always brings in new every time for the students & we hope that this process goes on forever.
