Baltic Data Center has become a Silver Partner of Microsoft
Software producer Microsoft has granted the status of a Silver Partner to Baltic Data Center, a leader in the management of data centers and information systems in the Baltic States.
Having co-operated with Microsoft for more than ten years, Baltic Data Center has until now been a Certified Partner of Microsoft.
According to Saulius Markūnas, Director of Baltic Data Center, a company belonging to TEO Group, the close partnership with the global leader in its field as well as the constantly increased competence allow ensuring the best quality of services.
Last year, Baltic Data Center successfully upgraded more than 3 thousand computerised workstations of TEO Group employees to the Microsoft operating system Windows 7, and also integrated Microsoft Lync and IP telephony systems, allowing calls from PCs to fixed-line and mobile telephones.
According to Mindaugas Glodas, General Manager of Microsoft Lietuva, Baltic Data Center is an excellent example of how timely updated Microsoft Business Solutions can ensure the efficiency and reliability of business-relevant systems.
