To receive ISO 9001:2008 GMP Friction Products also included a quality policy manual in their friction product manufacturing process.  The ISO certification required a formal statement of an organization’s commitment to consistently deliver the highest quality products and service that must be followed by all levels of management. Additionally, every employee is required to be measured against the standard of quality performance.
