Since Kimberly’s arrival, her leadership has been instrumental in allowing us to reach the level we have.  She has led the strategic planning endeavors which have resulted in a vision and mission that each of us work towards through our company objectives.  She has facilitated the business process mapping which has translated into more refined processes and efficiencies.  She has reengineered our financial position, instilling confidence in the bank while at the same time ensuring that we are a company of financial stability. She has taken on our sales and marketing efforts to formalize and expand our market outreach, and she has been instrumental in developing the new performance management system which we use every day to support our accountability and success.  Her focus has been specific to Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, and Purchasing, and we now look for her to include working with Operations and Engineering in a direct oversight role to support the continued improvement in those departments.
