The main character in Seed Money is Harry Russo, a retired New York City detective, who agrees to travel from the present to 23rd Century New York.

Using persistence, street smarts and a personal style that is both cerebral and physical, Harry takes on the seemingly hopeless task of protecting Jonathan Smith, an altruistic and brilliant bio-engineer. A Neanderthal by 23rd Century standards, Harry is all that stands between Smith and total destruction by a ruthless and powerful megalomaniac.
