March 29, 2011 - PRLog -- "Contagion: The Macabre World of the Zombie Hunter" is available on Amazon Instant Video for April 2011. Online customers can now watch movies instantly on from their computer.

New Holland Rifle & Pistol Club and independent filmmaker Larry Degala bring a cast of real life zombie hunters together for a one day mega-shoot event, led by legendary zombie hunter oracle Peter Palma of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, also former star of History Channel's "Top Shot" Season One, and Contagion site director Gary Bissig as show host. The Degala Brothers, Larry and Rex, team up to cover the event with video interviews and combat photography. Live ammunition is used in a closed range under professional supervision.

The feature-length mock documentary (mockumentary) runs 93 minutes and pays homage to George Romero's "Night of the Living Dead," "The Last Man on Earth" starring Vincent Price, and other cinema greats in the Hollywood zombie genre. The gathering of zombie hunters from various states takes place in the peaceful Amish town of New Holland, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, October 23, 2010, because self-professed zombie hunters urgently expressed a need to prepare for the coming of the Great Zombie Horde, especially with Halloween around the corner.

The mockumentary is sponsored by Geissele Automatics of Norristown, Pennsylvania, manufacturer of competition AR15 triggers made in the U.S.A. Music by Lauren O'Connell, J-Sick Supa Dupa, and others. Composer T.C. Mabe of Tuesday's Letter produces the motion picture soundtrack.
