March 18, 2011 - PRLog -- March 18, 2011 – Nashville, TN – “Live From Music City,” a weekly radio show that airs on Tuesday nights at 8:00 pm CST on blog talk radio (www.blogtalkradio.com/live-from-music-city) welcomes it’s guests legendary front man Jesse James Dupree of “Jackyl” (www.jackyl.com) and “Jesse James Dupree & Dixie Inc.” and Bob Bender of “Bob Bender Productions” sharing part 4 of his 4 part series “Press and PR… Often the Most Overlooked Piece of the Puzzle.”

Jesse James Dupree is well known as the chainsaw-wielding leader of southern rock staples Jackyl, but over the last decade he’s steadily built a multimedia empire named Mighty Loud Entertainment. Jesse James Dupree and his multi faceted entertainment company, Mighty Loud, have created and Executive Produced the smash TruTV series Full Throttle Saloon, which is a behind the scenes look at what it takes to run the
world’s biggest biker bar in Sturgis, SD. Full Throttle Saloon was a top 5 cable
program and pulled the highest ratings to date for the Turner network’s TruTV.
Dupree previously acted as creator and Executive Producer of the Emmy
nominated MTV series Two-A-Days, and numerous pay-per-view specials
including Sturgis Exposed and Mardi Gras Exposed, and the Dirt Poor Comedy
Show.

Jesse James Dupree is also the General Manager for Kiefer Sutherland’s entertainment company, Ironworks, as well as consultant for New West Records, best known for their roster which includes artists such as Dwight Yoakam and Kris Kristofferson, as well as the Live From Austin, TX series. “Live From Music City” will begin Tuesday’s broadcast with part four of the four-week series, "Press & Publicity: The two most often overlooked pieces of the puzzle,” with special guest Bob Bender of Bob Bender Productions (www.bobbenderproductions.com). Bob Bender has toured for over 17 years both domestically and internationally, working with acts like Tim McGraw, LeAnn Rimes, Ringo Starr & his All Starr Band, Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, New Kids On The Block, Jo Dee Messina, Billy Preston, Gene Pitney, Mark Lindsay, A Flock of Seagulls, Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam, Dwight Twilley, Greg Kihn, and the Smokin' Armadillos.

“Live From Music City” reaches and appeals to singers/musicians who have achieved at least mid-level entry points in their careers. We try to help the artists define the steps they need to take to advance their careers.

We'll discuss a variety of topics through commentary and with guests to showcase their roles within the performing and recording industry. We'll also focus on the music business from the perspective of service to the artist, as well as how the artist can achieve the next levels of success.

While we concentrate on the roles of the 'insiders,' we will also include recording artists themselves to better understand and explore the relationship between the two."
