March 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Take your tots to Huber Woods on Sunday, March 27 for Hiss, Slither & Rattle — a Show and Tell with Snakes!  Did you know that the Huber Woods Environmental Center has a Reptile House that you can visit any time during their business hours (for free)?

They do. But during this special event, a naturalist will take the snakes out of their cages so your kids can get a closer look.   They can even touch some of them, if they dare. The event kicks off with a Snake SSStory, followed by a live presentation that will teach your kiddies all about these slithery creatures. You must pre-register for this event via Monmouth County Park System use program code: IK711X. Cost: $8 Ages: 3 years and up.

If you can’t make it on the 27th, put April 17 on your calendar and bring your reptile fans to Funny, Freckle Frogs— a story time with frogs.

{ Sunday, March 27  |  1:30 PM – 2:15 PM }
