Parker & Boyd Hires New Chief Strategy Officer

March 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Parker & Boyd, a Venture Capital firm based out of Tokyo Japan, announced today a key addition to its executive team as it continues to execute on its strategic growth plans. Mr. Dan Hart has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer and will join the company at the end of March 2011.

Mr. Hart joins Parker & Boyd’s senior operating team, responsible for conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, leading transitions and integrations, overseeing the opportunities and strategies of the company as well as being a member of the firms oversight committee. Mr. Hart has more than 30 years of sales and marketing, operational, business development, mergers and acquisitions and general management experience. Mr. Hart has held executive positions with several big corporations and is currently a board member on five listed companies. He received his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
