Wilkus Architects Part of a Team Bringing Quality Water to Belmond Iowa

March 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Wilkus Architects is proud to be part of an integrated design team providing design services for the new Water Treatment Facility in Belmond, Iowa.  Bolton and Menk, Inc., which is a prominent environmental engineering firm, leads a comprehensive team that includes Wilkus as the project architect.  The new two story 24,000 square foot facility sheathed in brick and situated on Third Street Southwest will upgrade the city’s capacity to provide service for residential, commercial and industrial uses well into the future.  Construction is underway and the new facility is scheduled to open in the fall of 2011.  The General Contractor is Ames, IA based Story Construction.
