Canine Calm proving helpful to dogs with anxiety during thunderstorms and other stressful situations
Relief for dogs can be just a mist away with Canine Calm all-natural spray from Earth Heart.
As dog lovers all over the country have experienced;
Heather Lenz’s dog Sinjun, a five year old white collie, suffers from noise issues. “During fireworks and thunderstorms he paces, pants and drools constantly, and I have tried different things to calm him, but nothing has worked,” said Lenz. “We recently had a really loud storm with torrential rain. After the first clap of thunder, he started to panic. So, I sprayed Canine Calm on my hands and rubbed it onto his ears and chest, and he lay down beside me at the computer and proceeded to snooze through the whole storm,” added Lenz.
Dorah Richardson tried Canine Calm with her six month old Airedale, Sonja, because she vomited every time she rode in the car. “I had tried most of the usual fixes, to no avail; and I did not want to drug her since we were going to dog training class,” shared Richardson. “We used Canine Calm. To my delight Sonja rode to and from class last week without vomiting, and she was so focused during class that the instructor commented on her performance.”
Ten years ago, Canine Calm creator and Earth Heart founder, Vicki Rae Thorne, a master herbalist and certified aromatherapist, was approached by a dog boarding business owner who wanted to help her canine visitors be calmer during their stay. “In response, I developed the formulation known as Canine Calm to diffuse throughout the facility,” indicated Thorne. “After testing, we received instant feedback from the facility customers that their dogs were much calmer when they left the kennel, and didn’t fret as much when it was time to return. Consequently, the same facility has been successfully using Canine Calm since the Spring of 2000,” added Thorne.
Canine Calm, an all-natural, safe and healthy mist formulated with pure essential oils, including bergamot and lavender, was specially created to help relax dogs during stressful situations. It’s easy to use by spraying onto hands to massage into the dog’s outer ears or abdomen, lightly mist the dog’s favorite blanket or bedding, or mist the air surrounding the dog in a room or travel crate.
Canine Calm has been effective for over 95% of dogs to relieve whimpering, trembling, panting, pacing, drooling and other signs of stress. The mist is family friendly and can be used with puppies as young as eight weeks old. Canine Calm and all Earth Heart award-winning products are USA-made, packaged in a BPA free container, and recommended by dog lovers and professionals across the USA and Canada.
