The company already offers free portfolio management on any Personal Portfolio Bond held in a QROPS pension transfer up to the value of £100,000 that is undertaken using the company as the transferring IFA.

The company is now extending the service to any existing QROPS that has been undertaken by any IFA. So if you have already transferred your UK pension to a QROPS and it is not being actively managed or you are paying for this service this will be of benefit to you.

Portfolio management can be the difference between a good return on your investment and a loss. Most IFAs if they can offer this service will charge between 0.5% and 1.5% of the portfolio value.

What the company wishes to achieve is to take on smaller portfolios now at no cost to the client. This will appeal to the smaller portfolio owner as they normally cannot afford to take on this additional but important service.
