When Your Association’s Board Needs to Manage a Board Member

March 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Atlanta, Georgia – If you are a member of an Atlanta homeowners association or condominium association and your Board is not working together as a team, it may be time to focus on the personalities and performance of your Board members.  A professional association management company, also known as a community management company or property management company, may be your best line of defense to remedy an ineffective Board.

What to Do If Board Members are not Attending Meetings. If You Have a Board Member Who Has Hidden Agenda. If Your Board Cannot Play Nicely. If your Board meetings are so unfriendly and rancorous that  members do not want to be part of it, your Board may need input from your Atlanta professional property management company and community manager to address their particular issues.
You may need to ask for the resignation of one or more Board members who are causing a problem.
