Kimberly P. Gossett is an entrepreneur, and she's been in business with her husband for 11 years, primarily in the real estate field.  Previous to coming on board with "We Buy Sexy Houses", she was and is the president and co-founder of the Central Texas Investors Club.  The Central Texas Investors Club assisted and educated over 400 members of the club in the field of real estate investing from 2003 until 2010.  Kimberly's professional background also includes property management, business administration, business management, and event planning.  She also has experience working in the finance and retail industries.  Kimberly has also served in the fund raising and planning committees for various community organizations in her personal time.

Her husband Rick Gossett is a full-time veteran real estate entrepreneur, and consultant.  Rick has been an active real estate investor since 1999, and he has completed over 250 real estate transactions in a variety of scenarios including all phases of rehabbing, wholesaling, pre-foreclosure, public auctions, bank short sales, subject to properties, wraparound mortgages, and a variety of other real estate transactions.  Rick developed a course in 2006 called "Rehab and Grow Rich", that was targeted to educating new real estate investors. He has also worked in property management, as well as investment portfolio management.  In his spare time, Rick advices other real estate investment clubs throughout Texas cities such as Temple, Killeen, Bryan/ College Station, San Antonio, and Austin.

Rick and Kimberly are growing a strong team of other real estate investors that have mentored and trained under the Gossetts and have a proven track record of real estate deals. One student who has risen to the top is Anthony Hopkins. Anthony has done over 20 deals and personally owns 17 rental properties.
