April 5 presents a trio of DVDs featuring video fitness star Rob Glick, with two of the titles also starring Kimberly Spreen. “More Amazing Cardio Combos” showcases Rob demonstrating high energy step combos and a fun-filled cardio dance with multiple length options. “Progressive Yoga” features Rob and Kimberly leading a powerful yoga-themed workout designed for the fitness enthusiast who enjoys both a mental and physical challenge. The movements are inspired by various forms of traditional yoga; all integrated into a wonderful flow that will help improve flexibility, strength, balance, focus and concentration. “Core Cuts” has Rob and Kimberly showcasing six individual core routines: each one can easily stand on its own for a quick workout or as a great addition to an existing workout.
