While there are many apps involving quotes by William Shakespeare, none of them offered a streamlined way of sharing these quotes. "[iPhone] The app had a soft launch late February, but launches formally today utilizing the iAd Network, which will make the app free for time to come. Shakesnotes uses the shake accelerometer in xcode, in layman's terms a user shakes the mobile device in order to get the next quote. Users touch the quote to get its source; for example, a user might shake their iPhone and get "And in their triumph die, like fire and powder, which as they kiss consume." Touch the quote and find out that it's from Romeo and Juliet. E-mailing the quote to your friends, lovers, and crushes is easy with one more touch. Shake's Notes is a patent pending trademark of DCG Arts, Inc.
