March 9, 2011 - PRLog -- If you have worked in the UK and are now looking to transfer your UK pensions to an overseas QROPS, it is of benefit if you have completed HMRC UK tax form P85.

This is a formal declaration to HMRC that you no longer live in the UK and therefore no longer should be assessed for UK tax on your income from outside the UK.

If you do not have a copy of your form or you have never completed one. We can assist with this with regard to an application for a transfer to a QROPS.
