VanDyk Mortgage Corporation Officially Opens Tampa Bay Operations Center

March 8, 2011 - PRLog -- I am pleased to announce that we officially now have a “full service” Branch Support team located in our Tampa Bay Operations Center with the incorporation of Loralynne Ball and her staff as a part of VanDyk Mortgage’s corporate structure. Loralynne’s is now part of our Senior Management team who will oversee and manage our Branch Support center. This HUB is designed enhance many aspects of the origination, underwriting, processing, closing & branch support services provided by the Grand Rapids, MI office.

To be included as part of our Tampa Bay Operations Center will be a “branch processing hub” that has a seasoned staff ready to process branch loans immediately.

Loralynne has tenure of over 20 years in the mortgage business. Before joining VanDyk Mortgage as a branch last year she was the owner-operator of an independent brokerage, TriCounty Mortgage, for 7 years. She and her staff specialize in Realtor Franchise origination along with traditional Realtor-driven, purchase money business. In addition to outside traditional sales staff, Loralynne also manages Loan Originators with offices inside the largest Keller Williams agencies across Tampa Bay which has more than 500 agents on their rosters. Since joining VanDyk Mortgage in mid 2010, Loralynne’s Branch Office closed over $46 Million, of which 88% was purchase business and 99% funded through VanDyk Corporate.
