BooginHead LLC Acquires Lots To Say Baby Pacifier Company

March 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Sari Crevin, successful mompreneur and founder of THE in-style sippy cup and pacifier leashes has made her first business acquisition.  Although the PaciGrip is universally compatible with all brands of pacifiers, Crevin has bought a pacifier brand that is itself unique and has demonstrated successful co-branding opportunities.

Erin Wilson of Lots to Say Baby and Sari Crevin, founder and president of BooginHead, have already found tremendous success together.  They previously collaborated on a joint packaging venture together that introduced a “limited edition” pacifier and pacifier holder set for customers. Consistent feedback from retailers reiterated the desire to see more of their items bundled together.

The rapid growth and success of the BooginHead products and business put Crevin in the fortunate position to offer Wilson the opportunity to sell her company.  Wilson, like many mompreneurs, is choosing to focus on her young and growing family at this point in time. Sister mompreneurs, Wilson and Crevin met at a small trade show in Seattle in the fall of 2007 when both were starting to launch their businesses. Their parallel experiences in growing their companies and families, both have 2 young children, allowed them to consult with each other on business matters and the overall experience of being mompreneurs.  They traveled to the large trade show each year together for multiple years.

The existing Lots to Say Baby pacifier line will remain in tact yet will grow and expand along with the BooginHead brand. Initially, Lots to Say Baby customers can expect pacifiers with new sayings to hit the market shortly.  U.S. production and manufacturing will also commence with release of the U.S. made products by January 2012.   Later this year customers should also look for new bundles including the pacifiers and the BooginHead PaciGrip line labeled as new baby starter packs and sets in revised packaging.
