Brynwood Golf & Country Club Announces Appointment of William Calbo as Executive Chef

March 7, 2011 - PRLog -- ARMONK, NY – Brynwood Golf & Country Club has announced the appointment of William A. Calbo as Executive Chef for the private country club in Armonk.

Mr. Calbo has more than 20 years experience as an executive chef, banquet chef and chef saucier for high-end private country clubs and four-star luxury hotels. He comes to Brynwood from Middle Bay Country Club in Oceanside, NY, where as executive chef for 17 years he was responsible for member, guest and banquet facilities.

Prior to that, he was banquet chef for the Park Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. and chef saucier for the Sheraton Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C. He began his career as banquet chef for the Glen Head Country Club in Glen Head, NY. Mr. Calbo holds a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He is a resident of Amityville, NY.
