2011 new Power Balance Goes All In For The Cure

Each year, approximately 22,000 new cases of Ovarian Cancer are diagnosed in the United States, while nearly 14,000 women will die of the disease. Patients are usually diagnosed in advanced stages and only 45 percent survive for more than five years. If ovarian cancer is detected and treated early on, the five-year survival rate is greater than 92 percent.

Power Balance is marking the occasion and the on-going partnership by unveiling two specially designed, Ovarian Cancer Research Fund wristbands that will be available through the Power Balance website (www.powerbalance.com) with 50 percent of proceeds from every band going towards the fight to find a cure.
