SAGA confirm first North American date since Sadler's return

March 4, 2011 - PRLog -- The show is scheduled to take place at the Rapids Theatre in Niagara Falls, NY May 15th. Doors are at 6:00pm and show time is 7:00pm. Tickets are available on ticketmaster.com. $15 advance $20 day of show.

About the band
Originally known as The Pockets, SAGA formed in 1977 from the nucleus of the popular Canadian rock band, Fludd. In June of 78, they released their self-titled debut album. Although a modest success in their homeland of Canada, it went on to sell over 50,000 copies in Germany as an import and establish SAGA as a serious progressive rock contender.

2011 sees the band with a new record deal with Edel AG Records of Germany and a new CD slated for release this spring. To commemorate this new deal, the band will be embarking on a long awaited North American tour this summer.
