Two Talent Leaders Join UpMo Board of Advisors

UpMo is very excited to announce that talent leaders Janet Skadden and Rebecca Guerra have both joined the UpMo Board of Advisors.
 
March 4, 2011 - PRLog -- San Jose, California - UpMo announces the addition of two talent leaders to their Board of Advisors. Janet Skadden led strategic human resources initiatives at Cisco for over 11 years. She was responsible for employee relations, staffing, acquisitions, strategic and business planning as well as innovative programs focused on career development practices, flexible work and strategic talent planning. Her work supported their greatest growth time in terms of employees and revenue. Prior to Cisco, Janet was in senior HR leadership roles at Tandem.

Rebecca Guerra is a seasoned HR executive with over 30 years experience in market-leading, Silicon Valley companies including: eBay, Extreme Networks, Adobe and HP. Rebecca’s demonstrated success spans all aspects of human resources from directing staffing and talent management, compensation and incentive strategies to organization and executive team development, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Today, Rebecca is actively engaged helping numerous companies tackle substantial challenges as Managing Director, Organization and Management Consulting at The Palmer Advantage.
