Bob Larrivee, AIIM Director and Industry Advisor, cites “Capture is a key element to a successful information management environment. While there are programs available that explain the fundamentals of capture, our members asked us to provide more and go beyond the fundamentals. As such, we have teamed with @doc, an industry recognized firm with specialized expertise in the field of capture to develop a program that teaches the strategy, make-up and best practices in implementing capturewithin the enterprise.” Larrivee continues, “Demand for this program has been so great and we are pleased to announce the release and availability of the Practitioner level now, with the Specialist and Master level programs to follow this summer. These classes will be available online and in classroom settings.”

Addie Mattox of @doc comments, “Capture is the first step in electronic content management, which is why it’s crucial for user organizations and system suppliers to understand all their options for capturing paper as well as electronic documents.”
