Robin Main Appointed to Rhode Island Green Building Council

March 2, 2011 - PRLog -- PROVIDENCE, RI – Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that Robin L. Main, a partner in the Firm’s Litigation, Environmental and Green Law Groups, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Green Building Council.

Robin previously served on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Society of Environmental Professionals and the New England Environmental Business Council.  In addition, Robin is currently listed in Woodward/White Inc.’s Best Lawyers in America in the Environmental Law category and has been recognized in the area of Environmental Law in Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition magazine.  She has also been awarded as one of the 2010 Top Women in Law from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
The primary mission of the Rhode Island Green Building Council is to transform the way buildings are designed, built and operated in the state of Rhode Island promoting environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, aesthetically pleasing and durable communities that protect the state’s cultural heritage and natural environment and improve the quality of life.
