Six best-selling local female authors of various genres have gathered together to participate in literary events and signings to showcase local talent and discuss the importance of reading and writing.
Feb. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Six best-selling local female authors of various genres have gathered together to participate in literary events and signings to showcase local talent and discuss the importance of reading and writing.
Atlanta authors: Dwan Abrams, Kendra Norman Bellamy, Jean Holloway, Gail McFarland, Marissa Monteilh, and Electa Rome Parks will conduct a local reading and writing session at Atlanta’s Southwest Regional Library on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 12:00 p.m., and appear at the 30 Books in 90 Days Kickoff at the Hammonds House Museum in Atlanta on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., hosted by Written Magazine.
Dwan Abrams is a publisher, and award-winning, best-selling author of six novels, and is the founder/facilitator of the Just Write! Workshop. Kendra Norman-Bellamy is a motivational speaker and national best-selling author of eighteen faith-based titles, and the founder of KNB Publications LLC. Jean Holloway has written four novels in her Deck of Cardz series and is the managing partner of her publishing house, PHE Ink - Writing Solutions Firm. Gail McFarland is a published author or more than 100 romantic short stories and confessions, and seven novels, as well as a 2010 anthology. Marissa Monteilh is an award-winning author of eight mainstream novels, two novellas, and four erotic titles under the pen name, Pynk. And Electa Rome Parks is the best-selling author of seven novels, has been nominated for many industry awards, and is also working on a screenplay.
