No programming skills are necessary. Individual satisfaction surveys of your customers, guests, employees, patients, students etc. are quickly and simply created. Questionnaires can be printed directly from the application and/or optionally put on the Internet or dispatched by email. A comparison of your analyses during a requested timeframe will show whether possible measures taken result in an improved customer satisfaction.

The user-friendly Windows-Program is provided on CD-ROM and can either be installed as single-user license or network version. System requirements are simply a Windows operating system with 100 megabyte free disk space.
