Feb. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- ProCom Connections, the telemarketing and call centre solutions company, based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire will be showcasing its new cloud-based technology solution, ideal for a company to manage inbound and outbound telemarketing, telesales or customer service activity in-house, at the Technology for Marketing and Advertising exhibition at Earls Court next month.  

The user-friendly applications combined under the umbrella of ProCom’s Technology Connect brand, include: market research, customer service, data optimisation and tele-business, incorporating response handling and fulfillment.   The reporting suite provides measurable and transparent tracking and result progression for optimized business intelligence; while ProCom also offers full training, support and campaign consultancy as part of the package.  

Each of the four products: ConnectTelebusiness, ConnectData, ConnectResponse and ConnectResearch can be integrated with front-end telephony using VoIP technology and back-end CRM (customer relationship management) databases if required.  

The volume of outbound telesales and telemarketing calls that can be made using ConnectTelebusiness without compromising quality, is significantly increased over the old spreadsheet and manual-calling approach.  With Connect, it is possible to achieve 150 to 220 calls per day – a major increase of some 300%.

Companies will benefit from greater efficiency and quality but also enjoy reduced costs; the Connect technology is based on a cost per user, per month basis with a maximum commitment of three months.   And increasing the number of users is achieved in hours, not days, as previously experienced with traditional installations.  For minimal investment, clients signing up to the cloud-based technology gain the power of 20 years call centre experience.
