Novelist Roger D. Grubbs releases “The Secrets of Egypt”

Feb. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Dr. Andrew Rogers and his new bride, Dr. Kathleen McGregor, have just returned from a trying experience in Egypt.  Now ready to enjoy their new relationship, the two make plans for a romantic evening together, but with these two, the best laid plans are always subject to a minor interruption.  What is it this time?  Well, you’ll just have to read “The Secrets of Egypt” to find out.

Meanwhile, Dr. Julie Freeman has found an entrance to a massive tomb which she and four companions quickly enter.  Exercising forethought, she left two of her colleagues outside to bring help in the event something goes wrong.  Soon a catastrophe happens, and the whole area is in turmoil searching for a way to enter the pyramid.

Like so many others, this pyramid was built by an ancient dynasty; and as with any dynasty, there are always secrets. Those mysteries have plagued archeologists for centuries.  Many have lost their lives due to the trickery put into place to ensure the valuables of the Kings are not successfully looted.

Unknown to the world, this mysterious pyramid contains the mother load.  Inside are thousands of years of treasures secretly hidden by the priests to serve as a stash for the deceased Kings’ return to life.  But, the way to those valuables is Egypt’s best kept secret.  Wealth of this magnitude doesn’t come and go without leaving a trail; so, where is it?  In an effort to uncover those secrets, Dr. Rogers must search for the answers among the ancient rulers.  So, how is he going to communicate with royalty that has been dead for more than 3,000 years?  Therein lies the best kept secret of all.
