"We stayed in the apartment for 3 days in the build up to Christmas 2010. It was fantastic. We were greeted by andreas and given a tour. Nothing was a problem for him, any questions were dealth with immediately. The only downside was we'd left it very late to make our booking and were only able to stay there for the 3 days the apartment was available. Had it been vacant for the 7 days of our stay in Wellington we'd have stayed there the whole time. Get in early is a word to the the wise! Very handy to the city and with the supermarket just accross the road. Given the chance, I'd rate Rongotai apaprtments 11 out of 10..."  Tim
