Lukewarm Response To App From Manufacturers

“We are struggling to engage them in debate,” said Simon, “and I understand the reasons for that, as this is a tool for individuals not corporates. But it does have a value for all.”  

The law firm, which has been trading for over 150 years, believes that the gathering of accurate data is in everyone’s interests.

Simon again: “We spoke to a few manufacturers who said they were in the middle of cases against them, which they did not believe were true. Had the Accident App been available to record what happened the facts would have been clear for all to see and employees would not be able to exaggerate or make it sound worse than it was.”
