After scanning or importing an already scanned document (image and/or PDF files), PaperScan allows arranging them in any imaginable single-page/ Naturally, the basic features are also included : image printing, image quality selection, area selection/ crop selected area, image resize, information about image's resolution, size and colour mode. PaperScan allows saving in various file formats : PDF, PDF/A , PDF/OCR, JBIG2, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, with post-naming options, in either single-page or multi-page formats (if allowed by filetype). Like all ORPALIS products, PaperScan runs on any Windows operating systems starting with Windows 2000. Both 32-bit and 64-bit drivers are supported. PaperScan is released under 2 versions : a free edition (some features are limited) and a Pro Edition (commercial, fully featured).
