b.Mail this form together with a copy of your sales receipt showing your purchase of a new Raymarine C90W, C120W, C140W, E90W, E120W, E140W, or a GPM400 during
  the Qualifying Period to the address above.
2. WITH RESPECT TO THE ABOVE PROMOTION, YOUR COMPLETED PROMOTION FORM AND SALES RECEIPT WILL MAKE UP YOUR “CLAIM”.
