Women, Are You Ready to “Embrace God’s Love”?

Feb. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- The United Methodist Women of Dunwoody UMC are pleased to announce “Embracing God’s Love,” a devotional program for women featuring popular Christian authors and speakers Gloria Gaither and Amy Gaither Hayes.

Embracing God’s Love

The Gaithers will speak on Friday, March 25, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and again on Saturday, March 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Their programs encourage women to experience each day as a gift from God. This will no doubt be an exceptional time of Christ-centered fellowship. Expect to leave renewed and refreshed! Won’t you join us?

About the Gaithers

Author, award-winning songwriter, and speaker, Gloria Gaither is known as a stateswoman in the field of Christian ministry. Gloria has written lyrics to more than 600 songs, including such gospel classics as "Because He Lives," "The King Is Coming," and "I Am a Promise" and has authored such best-selling books as Because He Lives, God Gave the Song, and Friends through Thick and Thin. She’s authored over 40 children’s books, as well!

Amy Gaither Hayes, the daughter of Gloria and Bill, is an accomplished vocal artist, actress, dancer, stage director, writer, and speaker. She believes that art aimed at the heart can transfigure the soul. These days, her primary “audience” consists of her children, Lee, Madeline, and Simon.
