Nutrition and Herbal Therapies for Heart Health in Free Class at Rogue Valley Medical Center
Natural, herbal, alternative medicine and nutrition is explored when Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, Ore., presents “Nutrition and Alternative Therapies,” a free lunch and learn on Wed., Feb. 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Join Michael Altman, CN, RH (AHG), of Ventana Wellness and Southern Oregon University for a revealing exploration of nutrition strategies and herbal alternatives that can help you to improve your cardio health without prescription medications.
“The information is applicable to anyone, because it will cover some
basics that are important to the health of everyone,” Altman says.
Mr. Altman is a certified nutritionist, a registered herbalist, and a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild.
