MBAF ERE's Jack Brister named Top 100 U.S. Wealth Advisors for Second Year

Feb. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- MIAMI - February 9, 2011 – For the second year, MBAF ERE's Jack Brister, MBA, TEP and director of the international tax and private client services, has been selected as one of the top 100 U.S. wealth advisors by the British publication Citywealth Magazine. Brister is one of four U.S. wealth advisors acknowledged by the publication. The list, in its sixth year, is compiled from nominations within the private wealth management sector and client-based recommendations.

He specializes in international private client tax planning and compliance, international trust and estate tax compliance, international wealth transfer planning, taxation of international closely held business activities, and international family office services.

Brister is a member of key professional organizations including the International Tax Planning Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners - New York branch, CPAmerica and the American Institute of CPAs. He serves as treasurer, chairman of Technical Comments Committee and the board of directors for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners New York branch. Additionally, he serves on AICPA's Foreign Trust Task Force and has served on CPAmerica's International Tax Committee.
