Toll Brothers Announces National Sales Event To Take Place In All Communities February 19 To 27
The Event Will Offer Spectacular Incentives, Special Option Packages, Unique Opportunity for Luxury Home Buyers
To take advantage of the special savings and incentives, buyers must make a deposit between February 19 and February 27, and sign an agreement of sale within 10 days of deposit. Sales and incentive packages will vary among communities. With interest rates still historically low… with the fabulous deals being offered during the limited period of the event… and with the extraordinary quality, luxury, and style of every Toll Brothers home, this is a fortuitous window of opportunity.
“With the great rates that are still out there, and with the amazing savings and incentives we’re offering during our National Sales Event, buyers will get the most house for their money,” said Kira Sterling, Chief Marketing Officer. “If a home shopper is still hoping to capitalize on the buyer’s market, now is the time!” she added.
Additionally, representatives from TBI Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, will be on hand in many communities to offer mortgage guidance. TBI has an excellent selection of mortgage programs with still-low interest rates – including both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages. Home buyers should visit or call their community of interest to learn about specific details.
