UTMB at Galveston leases 45,411 SF in Victory Lakes

Feb. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- NewQuest Properties leased 45,411 SF to The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Victory Lakes Town Center located at I-45 and FM 646 in League City, Texas.  Heather Nguyen represented NewQuest.  Kelly Hutchinson of Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.  

Situated just 20 miles south of downtown Houston, League City boasts
a strong economic base, being home to much of the region’s
aerospace (NASA), petrochemical and medical industry. Rapid
residential growth coupled with booming economic development
have made I-45 and 646 the “main and main” of the market area.
League City is also home to the University of Texas Medical Branch,
a leading medical school and research hospital. UTMB is planning
a specialty care center near Victory Lakes Town Center offering
advanced imaging services, orthopedics, out-patient surgery,
pediatric/adult clinics and pediatric urgent care.
