Technical Education and certification include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering in Computers, as well as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), CobiT and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Having been recently assigned an IT project for developing Kingdom wide point of sale service, Mr. Hytham Abo-Zenadh, possessing vast knowledge in security as well as IT and communication technology management, has committed to confidence and self drive to take ownership of the new initiative.  An important instrument and a leader among his staff, he has been a crucial support to his team achieving major milestones and overcoming various obstacles.
