Four Week Home Renovation a Half Day Training

Feb. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Home Renovation Expert, Donald Tucker is teaching his Four Week Home Renovation Workshop for Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors to teach Kansas City Real Estate Investors how to profitably renovation a home in approximately four weeks.   This half day event will be held in the Kansas City area on February 19th, 2011 at the Tucker One Properties Building in Kansas City, MO.

When a flipper, wholesaler, or landlord buys and sells or rents homes for profit, they have several things to consider.

•   What is a good house to buy
•   What is the formula for creating an offer price to purchase
•   What needs to be fixed and why
•   How much will repairs costs
•   How to hire a responsible contractor(s)
•   How to work successfully with that contractor
•   And how to stay on schedule.
