Feb. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- R. K. Alan announces the opening of his latest website, “New Book Journal,” featuring a free publicity platform for authors, publishers and publicists. Mr. Alan said, “I am pleased to offer this new publicity platform for authors enabling them to get the word out concerning their latest books, signings and special announcements.”

When asked to elaborate on what events or announcements qualified, he said, “There are many occasions when an author would like to notify his followers. Book signings, appearances, interviews and awards are but some that come to mind.”

New Book Journal welcomes all press releases from authors, publishers and publicists. The site will post all submissions to its website free of charge. There are no charges associated with their posting and press releases remain on the website indefinitely. All press releases carry categories and subcategories idgew to suit their genre and special interest to permit ease of search.

Mr. Alan explained how to submit a press release. “The website has an easy submission process. A large blue button on the left side of the website, labeled “Contact Me,” brings up a pop-up screen with a simple web form. The submitter simply fills in the form and sends it to us. We will review and post it to the site within 24-hours.”

We invite all authors, publishers and publicists to stop in and take a look around…
