Dunhill Homes Opens Nine New Model Homes In Las Vegas

Feb. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- This Saturday and Sunday, one of Southern Nevada’s most popular master planned communities will debut nine new fully decorated model homes featuring new floor plans  and popular modern design elements.

“We are thrilled to debut these beautiful and functional new homes at a time when most new homebuilders aren’t offering new designs,” said Don Boettcher, division president of Dunhill Homes. “We knew it was the right time for completely new floor plans to provide new homebuyers what they really need for the way they live now.”

Dunhill Homes’ Grand Opening events are being held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Guests who register at the event will be treated to “Slidin’ Thru” gourmet burgers and can register to win an Apple iPad which will be given away each day of the Grand Opening.

During the event, Dunhill Homes’ representatives will demonstrate various features of the new floor plans, including HVAC, insulation, windows and kitchen appliances. “Guests will be able to see first-hand the design process and new efficiencies in the homes,” said Boettcher.

The builder will also host live cooking demonstrations in its new Geneva 2173 model. This 2,173 square foot single story home is offered with up to four bedrooms, up to three baths, an oversized master suite with a walk-in closet, a gourmet kitchen with a large island and a two-car garage with additional storage or workshop space. This single story plan is one of four Dunhill Homes offers in the new Geneva series at Rhodes Ranch.  

During the weekend, the builder is offering up to $12,500 in upgrades and incentives, as well as special Grand Opening pricing, at Rhodes Ranch.

With the new plans, Dunhill Homes now offers elements including downstairs guest suites, gourmet kitchens, additional storage areas, additional bedrooms and different office space configurations. Features vary per plan.

Both single and two-story homes ranging from 1532 to 3649 square feet  priced starting in the $100,000s are available in these completely new home designs built for today’s modern lifestyle. The homes offer open space, large great rooms and oversized kitchens, among other features. Most include Dunhill Homes’ unique signature valet and kitchen islands.
