Ford came in second, followed by Honda and Nissan (tied for 3rd place), Mercedes-Benz and BMW (4th), and Kia and GM (5th). The 15th annual telephone survey was conducted by Brand Keys, a U.S. consultancy on customer loyalty and engagement, on shoppers between the ages of 18 and 65.
