Clark Wine Center has always been the favorite spot during the Hot Air Balloon Festival because it is situated adjacent to where the Balloons are parked.  Special breakfasts are served at dawn of 12 and 13 Feb starting 5am at the observation roof deck so catch the scheduled 5:30am morning flights of the colorful balloons.  Tickets for the dawn breakfast are Php650.

Yats Wine Cellars is giving a special treat to wine lovers coming to Clark to catch a glimpse of the balloon which is scheduled for a brilliant glow at 5:30pm on Saturday 12 February.   The wine tasting will be held at the observation deck and the second floor tasting room of Clark Wine Center starting 5pm.  Ticket price is php1,000 inclusive of food catered by fine dining Yats Restaurant and Wine Bar.
