Seniors and the Elderly; your own in-home Personal Assistant!

Feb. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Seniors and the Elderly, do you need help reconciling medical claims, sorting through mail, shredding personal information contained in documents, understanding insurance and car registration?  Perhaps you could benefit from a Personal Assistant in your home!   I will take you to doctor appointments (have small SUV easy to sit into), pick-up medications, grocery shop, bring resources into your home if food is difficult to prepare, or bathing is difficult, help you identify and eliminate hazards and suggest tools to enhance your safety.  No one wants to leave their home!   My mission is to keep you safely in your home as long as possible, and to treat you with the respect you have earned and deserve.

I hold a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator license since 1998;  this license is necessary to run an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facility, also hold a Certificate in Gerontology from San Diego State University since 2000, and a Bachelors Degree in Child Development from Chico State University.  I have been an active volunteer with ElderHelp of San Diego since September 1997, and volunteer at Cloisters of Mission Hills skilled nursing.  I am a Baby Boomer and have experienced the aging, illnesses and death of my own dear parents.
