Amys Chocoberries The ice cream production facility will be completely shut down from February 11 - 14 as over 200 Central Texans will be employed in the creation of Amy’s Chocolate Covered Strawberries. These 200 Central Texans will be cutting fresh strawberries, completely covering them in Callebaut Dark Chocolate from Belgium; drizzling a delectable white chocolate lattice and packing the strawberries by the dozen in an adorable pink egg carton! "At Amy's, we only use the highest quality products available," said Amy Simmons founder, President and CEO of Amy's Ice Creams. In response to the economic climate Amy’s Ice Creams is selling their berries at the most competitive price for a dozen (roughly over 1 pound) at $16.00 a dozen.
