Clay The ice cream production facility will be completely shut down from February 11 - 14 as over 200 Central Texans will be employed in the creation of Amy’s Chocolate Covered Strawberries. These 200 Central Texans will be cutting fresh strawberries, completely covering them in Callebaut Dark Chocolate from Belgium; drizzling a delectable white chocolate lattice and packing the strawberries by the dozen in an adorable pink egg carton!
