Netz Capital plans Realty Re development fund for Mumbai

Feb. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Netz Capital is planning Netz Realty Fund for re development projects in Mumbai region. The fund target is to start with Rs. 150 crores and eventually reach Rs. 500 crores in the next three years.

“Re development of societies and slums is a $2 billion yearly market and currently this space is crowded with a lot of fly by night realtors who really do not have the necessary skills to complete re development projects in stipulated time. Currently Land lords, plot owners and society residents do not have access to the right investment funds who can transparently execute the process of re development and also pass on the benefits to the tenants and society residents. “ said Mr. Ameya Gore, Chief Spokesperson for Netz Realty.
