Feb. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Auspit Outdoor Rotisseries and sportsmen of the Mid-Atlantic region unite in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at the State Farm complex for one of the biggest sports and outdoors events of the year, The Eastern Sports and Outdoors Show.  Running February 5-13, over 600,000 lovers of the outdoors and outdoor activities come to see the latest and the greatest in outdoor gear.  The award-winning Auspit will be on display in booth 2513 across from Cabela’s, showcasing new innovations for 2011.

Last year Auspit (http://www.AuspitBBQ.com) made its debut at this Harrisburg show to much acclaim, receiving attention in the local TV news in addition to its other 2010 coverage, including Outside Magazine, Trailer Life Magazine, and being picked as the #4 Product of the Year on HGTV’s RV 2010 show.

A cordless rotisserie system, the Auspit hold up to 18 pounds so it can feed many hungry mouths. It can be used over a camp fire, over a fire pit or over the Auspit FireTrough (http://www.auspitbbq.com/accessories.html#FireTrough), a charcoal tray accessory which fits right in the carrying case with the rotisserie kit.

Auspit owners can attest that the magical combination of fire and spinning food, known as the “Auspit Experience”, is mesmerizing.  A throwback to simpler times, cooking with Auspit is a fun family activity which brings people together. And the food is delicious! Its compact size and light weight make it a no-brainer when trying to decide what to throw in the car or RV for the trip to the lake, river, hunt camp, or just their favorite campground.

New on display for 2011 is the Gold Edition, which combines the All-Stainless kit with the most popular accessories, the Spitmate Junior v2.0 rotisserie basket and the FireTrough charcoal holder, not to mention a bunch of extra Squeezeloc Spike skewers.

“All the Auspit rotisseries and Spitmates have been upgraded since 2010,” said Jonny Rotisserie, Chief Kangaroo at Auspit North America.  “We'll be in booth 2513 in the North Hall right across from Cabela’s. Y'all come by and say hello, and see all the new and exciting things at Auspit!”
